Julie Prerost hurricanes & holidays

The new job has eaten up almost all of my time. I manage to knit a little bit in order to maintain my sanity. The fair isle baby sweater has been sitting in completed pieces since August. I have to block and finish it before my daughter outgrows it. I have managed to squeeze in a couple of wash cloths for a charity auction. Knit4Many When technology stops....

That's what happens when you use digital cameras. Sometimes you need to remember it needs to be charged. Which is what I exactly forgot to do. So there I am yesterday ready to take pictures and there is my camera dead no battery life. So I plugged it in to charged it but had to leave to run errands. UGH!! Well the ugh was partly for the camera (I will have to wait to hopefully this afternoon to post my FO.) and the other was while I was getting some car knitting time, in the end I had to frog it… Continue

Susan the Blue Lake Knitter FO: Apron Project, plus progress update

Cristi-Lael FO: Dragon Melody Shawl

Now, this is one FO that I'm really proud of. I'm getting a bit of a reputation at the shop. People are starting to ask me to make things that they want to have, but not necessarily want to make. Barbara Longley Barbara's Blog - Christmas Present Ideas - Dolls House Knits

Until recently I had about 3 Dolls Houses which I had fully furnished. I thought some of the knitted items I had made might give somebody the idea to be creative and make their own versions as wonderful Christmas gifts for children and grandchildren.
