I would recommend both of those ideas... in fact a felted bag really isn't too hard until you get to the mitered bottom... just knit in the round. --S

I think creams, reds and browns will be really pretty. That is what my SIL did most of her house in. I have a quilt in progress of those colors. I'll have to post a pic of that sometime. The new nephew-to-be's room is blue, cream and chocolate brown. That was fun to see yesterday.
